Colonnade works with Strucsure warranty to develop a 10 year structural warranty for home renovations.
Previously builders could offer a 1 year warranty , and a 10 year structural warranty ONLY on new construction. Rob consulted with strucsure warranty to develop a structural warranty on remodel/renovation of existing homes. NOW remodel/renovate customers can have the same peace of mind.
Colonnade is the first Atlanta builder/contractor to offer this warranty.
